We're excited to announce a new staff member has joined our Barenbrug team recently!

 

Appointed as our new International Sales & Marketing Manager, a big welcome to Olga Kostic. 

 

Olga comes to Barenbrug with a track record of Global Sales Growth & Business Development in the Pharma & Agribusiness sectors. With a B. App. Sc. Oen. from Roseworthy Agricultural College, University of Adelaide, a 20-year international experience began as a Flying Winemaker at Chateau Monbazillac moving to a position as International Sales & Marketing Manager Food & Fermentation based in Lyon France for Top 100 ASX Burns Philp and their range of specialised yeast strains for winemaking, brewing and distilling.

Another international role was secured with venture capital start-up, closure innovator NuKorc, establishing markets and distribution in the non-English speaking countries of Europe, North & South America due to fluency in French, Italian & Spanish. Olga has run technical trials at the largest, influential wineries in the world including E&J Gallo, Moët & Chandon, Freixenet & Concha y Toro. As co-Director of Fleurieu Winery Supplies Olga imported biotech solutions to the wine, fruit juice and olive oil industries in Australia & NZ.

 

Olga also adds diverse roles as BDM, Regional Development Australia, National Finance Manager/EO at the Arab Chamber (AACCI) and  Business SA’s Export Adviser.

 

Board positions have been held with the Exporters Association of SA, Treasurer of both Fleurieu Peninsula Tourism and Fleurieu Food, CITCSA (Council for International Trade and Commerce of SA) and The School of Languages. Currently serving:, FACCI (French Chamber) and South Australian Government Advisory Board MELC (Multicultural Education and Languages Committee). With her passion for cultural competency and languages as an essential of international business, Olga has already been greeting customers in France and Italy in French and Italian and looks forward to building strong relationships in Barenbrug’s export markets.

 

Olga is delighted to join the International Barenbrug Team in the Adelaide office and contribute to the team’s global sales growth.
